Thanks for shopping with I Need Nature! Here are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase so you know what to expect. Please note that we currently ship to Canada and the United States only.

Shipping and processing times and costs

Please note that shipping times and processing times are two different things. We process all orders in 1-3 business days after the order is placed, but the time it takes from when we finish processing your order to the time it reaches you will vary. Many of our items take 4 to 15 days to reach you. The speed depends in part on the shipping option you choose, the product, and your location in North America.

THE SHIPPING COST OF YOUR ORDER WILL BE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT AND YOU WILL BE SHOWN THIS COST BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR ORDER. Please see the section at the bottom of this document about extra charges for duty and taxes.

Delays

Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to conditions beyond our control. Please be prepared for these possibilities as you make your purchase. In the case of any significant shipping delays, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided during checkout.

 

Additional Costs

Please note that some of our products ship from the US, and others from Canada, and for this reason there may be import duties and/or taxes payable on some orders. These are charged once the package reaches the destination country. We have no control over these charges. Any such charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
